Ingredients: Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Jojoba Oil, Lavender Essential Oil, Rose Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil.

Directions: Make sure hands are clean. Apply oil to the plan of hands and make sure it is properly oiled. Begin massaging. 
Massage oil can also be applied to bath for soaking or directly after a shower for moisturizing.
